Dear Graham

I have been married 12 years, eight of which have been spent coping with my husband’s blood cancer – which meant he had to give up a job he really enjoyed. My problem is that in trying to make life easier for him, I think I may have gone too far. Although he is now more than capable of getting a job, he’d rather spend his days drifting aimlessly while I work flat out. His motto is: life is cool, slow down, don’t stress, enjoy it; while mine is: get real. I pay the mortgage and cover the majority of our bills.
