Bretons are festive people and particularly enjoy gatherings, social events, festivals and of course, bars. Thanks to its long maritime tradition, the region naturally has plenty of drinking spots along the coast which, back in their day, catered to thirsty mariners. But there are plenty of excellent bars to be found inland, too.
